Property Accounting Assistant

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and later became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in May 2024. My career began as an intern at an audit firm in Davao City, where I gained hands-on experience in preparing financial statements, tax computation and filing, auditing, and bookkeeping. Post-graduation, I worked as an Accounting Associate at a growing private company, handling permit registrations, renewals, and lease contract monitoring.

After a year, I transitioned to a remote role as a Bookkeeping Specialist at APM Help while reviewing for the licensure exam. At APM, I was able to develop my skills in real estate bookkeeping using Appfolio. This experience paved the way for my current position at E&G, where I aim to contribute to the company's growth while continuing to develop professionally.



Outside of work, I'm a beach lover, avid hiker, and travel enthusiast.
