E&G has developed a tool that identifies for its owners how to maximize their return on investment. The 3-Tier Investment Analysis reviews the current debt, income and expenses as well as the future potential of the property by identifying the "Tier 1" or minimum repairs needed to return the property to rent/sale-ready condition, which we refer to as "The E&G Standard". We also identify our "Tier 2" and "Tier 3" recommendations which will include the cosmetic improvements that will maximize your return on additional invested improvement dollars with a correlating percentage return on those improvements as well as the increased blended return on investment. Following completion of this exercise, you will have a clear picture of what improvements can be made to the property, the ballpark cost for these improvements and the correlating value creation to both the rents and underlying real estate values.

Ben began his real estate career as an Acquisition Associate at Sandor Development, a privately-owned shopping center development company in 2005. He sourced new development opportunities nationwide initiating relationships with local property owners, planning and development officials and real estate brokers. His efforts led to the acquisition of approximately $10,000,000 in developable shopping center land over a two-year span.

In 2007, Ben expanded his knowledge of the real estate industry working for MK Equities, a high-rise office building property management, leasing and development company in San Francisco, CA. During his time with the company he assisted in the marketing and development of The Montgomery, a $70 million historic office building conversion into a 107-unit contemporary condominium complex.

Later in 2007, Ben joined Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage investment firm. From 2007-2011, he participated in the sale of $50,000,000 and 500,000 square feet of shopping center sales. Ben specialized in business development, financial underwriting, marketing and deal negotiation.

Ben transitioned out of commercial real estate and entered the residential real estate brokerage business as a leasing and sales agent for a boutique property management company in August 2011. From August 2011 through September 2013 Ben closed more than 200 leases & approximately 35 sales transactions. He was promoted to Leasing Director in November 2011 and managed a team that successfully closed nearly 500 transactions between November 2011 and September 2013.

In September 2013, Ben founded E & G Real Estate Services out of a bedroom in his home. In 2014, he opened an office near the Biltmore and has grown the company year over year. Effective 2019, E & G manages approximately $100,000,000 in real estate assets with 15 full-time employees.

Ben is a graduate from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University in 2008 with a major in Communication and minor in Religious Studies. Ben is married to his wonderful wife, Sasha, who allowed for the company to be run out of the house during its first year of operation. They have one rescue dog, named Riley.

Ben claims his greatest charitable contribution was the development of the Valley Eruv Project. The Valley Eruv Project was completed in 2013 and is the third largest of over 150 eruvim in the United States. The project took 5 years to complete from conception to completion. The boundaries of the project encompass 40 square miles and required coordination and permitting approval from the City of Phoenix, City of Scottsdale, Town of Paradise Valley, Arizona Department of Transportation, Salt River Project, Central Arizona Project, Salt River Maricopa Pima Indian Community, Maricopa County Flood Control, the Arizona Biltmore Hotel, the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club and the Wrigley Mansion.

Danny joined E & G Real Estate Services as an Associate Broker in January 2014.

Danny began his career in 2001 working for a privately held industrial development company with $100 million in assets under management. From 2001 until 2004, Danny took a hands-on approach to property management facilitating everything from site tours to supervising tenant improvement projects and providing detailed reporting directly to the CEO.

From 2004 to 2005, Danny built upon his property management background and was hired as a leasing agent for a regional retail and industrial development company. He specialized in Landlord Representation leasing available space in the company’s portfolio.

In 2005, Danny entered the Arizona real estate industry though a commercial real estate investment brokerage firm. During his tenure he closed nearly $50,000,000 in industrial, office and single-tenant transactions. Danny specialized in structuring and facilitating commercial transactions on a local and national level for private owners, real estate investment trusts, financial institutions and special servicers.

Danny graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Organizational Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Business Administration. Danny has been a Phoenix resident since 2005 and is originally from Detroit, Michigan.

Hi! I’m Jo. My real name is Jociel Flores Pontillas. I started my journey in the Real Estate industry in 2019, and I have been loving it since. With E&G, my tasks revolve around both management and leasing departments where I assist property managers and leasing coordinators. With the rest of the remote teams, I also manage our mainline to help resolve our clients’ issues over the phone or escalate their requests as necessary.

I aim to provide the best service I can give to each interaction within and outside the company. However hard or effortless the issue at hand, I remain optimistic, creative, and solution-oriented. I believe that with an open mind, anything is possible.

Jazmin Jordan

Jazmin was raised in Phoenix, AZ and continues to love seeing the growth and changes that encompass Phoenix, the capital of the state. She is a mother of 4 children and would love to create a thriving environment for them as well as all AZ residents by becoming an expert in living in AZ. Her hobbies include enjoying nature landscapes, caring for animals, and becoming well versed in the issues and situations that make up part of living in AZ.

Clinton has been a professional licensed Realtor since 2009. Prior to his real estate career, Clinton was born and raised in Yuma, AZ and grew up in a construction family. During college, he started an internship with Community Sciences Corporation and was later hired as a Project Urban Planner. He graduated from ASU with a Bachelors of Science in Urban Planning in 2008. After receiving his license in real estate, Clinton hung his license with Keller Williams for nearly eight years where he was a full-time agent with a focus on short sales, and helping first-time home buyers. In 2015, Clinton joined Opendoor as an estimator/project manager and spent the next seven years in a start-up/technology environment. Clinton’s project management skills grew exponentially while at Opendoor and he left the company with a portfolio with over 1,600 homes renovated. Clinton joined Mynd Property Management after leaving Opendoor where he continued to provide excellent project management renovating homes for investors. He also spent time as a Project Manager at a local restoration company learning about insurance claims. Clinton is super happy to now call E&G his home, where he now hangs his license and is a diligent Project Manager.

Clinton has two boys who are 4 and 9, and lives in the Oldtown Scottsdale area. He is very passionate about mountain biking and snowboarding. You can find him most weekends in Papago Park hiking with his kids. Clinton prides himself on fairness, professionalism, and transparency

Having a degree in both Business Administration and Public Accounting, I started my professional career working as a tax accountant in Alamos Gold Inc, a publicly traded mining company. After successfully completing the assigned contractual tasks, I pivoted into the public sector as a tax auditor in Mexico’s Internal Revenue Service.

Having had a grasp on taxes I decided to return to the private sector and start my journey in real estate as a General Accountant in a Real Estate development fund in Mexico City. Focusing mainly on the budget control and cap rate of each project, I gained vast experience in developing University Campuses, Commercial, Industrial, and Multifamily real estate. Adding to my financial profile, I was involved in the refinancing of over $80 million USD of debt which further enhanced each project’s ROI.

Ensuing our move back to Arizona with my wife and our two Australian Shepherds, I ventured into trust account bookkeeping for property managers at APM Help as an Account Manager where I developed my Appfolio knowledge along with best practice industry standards for clean books. This help set the tone for my hire now here at E & G where I look forward to continue implementing best practices for clean books year round and growing/learning exponentially as best I can!

Personal interests  include playing soccer, lifting weights, attending sporting events/concerts, trying new restaurants, and traveling to at least one new place once a year.

As a Washington State native, I ventured to Louisiana State University where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology in May 2023. Following graduation, my journey led me to Phoenix, Arizona, where I embarked on my career in Human Resources. After nearly a year in my first HR role, gaining valuable experience in my initial role, I was fortunate to join the team at E & G Real Estate.

At E & G Real Estate, I am thrilled to apply my skills and dedication in Human Resources to create a positive workplace environment and support our team’s growth. With over a decade of experience in the Property Management Industry, I am capable of handling anything that comes my way, with determination, resourcefulness, resilience, organization, and willingness to go the extra mile. However, I’m always eager to learn new things.

Helping others on any issues or problems they encounter and learning new things every day are the two most rewarding aspects of my career in property management. This challenging industry presents unique challenges every day, which serve as opportunities to expand my knowledge base and sharpen my problem-solving skills. With experience as a leasing assistant, property coordinator, receptionist and maintenance coordinator assistant with E&G for 2+ years. I’ve also worked as an educator, an insurance agent and am a happy new mom. I would love to see myself growing in this field. Next goal is being a licensed real estate agent out of the country and a broker and would run a business in the related field.

Property Accounting Assistant

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and later became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in May 2024. My career began as an intern at an audit firm in Davao City, where I gained hands-on experience in preparing financial statements, tax computation and filing, auditing, and bookkeeping. Post-graduation, I worked as an Accounting Associate at a growing private company, handling permit registrations, renewals, and lease contract monitoring.

After a year, I transitioned to a remote role as a Bookkeeping Specialist at APM Help while reviewing for the licensure exam. At APM, I was able to develop my skills in real estate bookkeeping using Appfolio. This experience paved the way for my current position at E&G, where I aim to contribute to the company’s growth while continuing to develop professionally.

 

Outside of work, I’m a beach lover, avid hiker, and travel enthusiast.
